In this insightful talk\, we’ll explore how grief shows up in children of different ages\, how to recognise when they’re struggling\, and how to support them in ways that are developmentally appropriate and emotionally safe. You’ll learn practical strategies to help your child express their feelings\, how grief may impact behaviour\, sleep and school\, and when to seek extra support. This talk will give you confidence in your ability to walk beside your child through their grief with empathy\, language and understanding.
