Who is this Course/Event for?

The Own My Life course is a 12-week educational course for women subjected to domestic abuse. The course aims to educate and empower women who have been subjected to abuse to regain ownership of their own lives. Each session will last 2 hours with a short break in the middle (refreshments provided).
