Parent Support Group – Laois Domestic Abuse Service

This program is specifically designed for mothers who have been subject to domestic abuse and coercive control, covering the topics of: 

 Session One: Communication

Session Two: Disempowerment and the Impact of D.V.A on parenting

Session Three: Boundaries and Rules

Session Four: Managing Access

Session Five: Impact on Children and Managing Behaviours

Session Six: Safety Planning

This is a six-week program and each session is two hours.
