Service Description

Grow mental health provides mutual support through free peer support weekly meetings in the community for anyone over 18teen years of age. Grow is about the concept of recovery it can be after care for some members and support for others. Grow provides a hope of recovery, a roadmap to positive mental health, a way through personal roadblocks, above all encouragement and mutual support of other like minded members in the groups. no introductions are required just go along to any Grow meeting or join online meeting through Zoom.

Community Education programs in each of the four counties, Laois, Offaly, Westmeath,, Longford, those programs are run one evening each week for four weeks.
Managing Stress & Anxiety in the workplace program either online or in person in the relevant organisation a presentation for one hour.
Providing talks on positive mental health in the community

Wheelchair Access

All our venues have been inspected and passed by the health & safety authority and are wheelchair accessible.
