Service Description
The SCP works with children and young people in Primary school, Post Primary school and in out of school settings who may be at risk of educational disadvantage through leaving school early.
SCP provides support for children and young people who need support to get the most from their education.
List of Services Available
SCP provides support to children and young people during the school day, during school holidays, after school hours and when out of school through 1:1 and group work.
SCP uses evidence based programme work to support children and young people based on their needs.
