Offaly Libraries has eight branch libraries across Offaly, and welcomes everyone to use its wide range of services. It provides welcoming and accessible spaces and services to the people of Offaly in their pursuit of knowledge, culture, inspiration and recreation. Offaly Libraries enriches the lives of Offaly’s diverse communities by providing free and equitable access to its services.
It is free to join Offaly Libraries, and you can do so online or in your local branch. Our Digital Library is open 24/7, and you can access eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines, eNewspapers, and music and film streaming, along with coding, encyclopedias and book recommendations.

All eight of our library branches are accessible by wheelchair.
