For Parents of Children between 0-10 years
4-week group programme, where we meet for 2 hours each week.
The Programme gives you tips and strategies to help parents cope positively with the challenges of raising a child.
This programme looks at:
· Ways to build a stronger relationship with your child.
· Tips to reduce family conflict.
· Strategies to manage problem behaviours.
· Ways to support your child to become more independent and to stay safe.
