The Sonas kids camp is run by primary school teacher and qualified S&C coach Pauraic McEvoy. Pauraic has years of experience in the health and fitness industry, working with Laois GAA as a S&C coach for the past five years but also running kids movement workshops as he specialises in youth S&C and is currently working with Laois GAA as the head academy S&C coach.

Cost: €50 – additional second child €40, additional third child €30
